Paul Brenner is the current president of Brenner Recycling and has been with the company since 1974. Throughout his career, Paul has been an active member in the scrap recycling industry serving on several national committees and boards within Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI). In addition to his responsibilities at Brenner Recycling, Paul is also the current president of three Sun Tan City stores and the former president of six Premiere Video rental stores located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He is a very active member in the local community as a current member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Mountaintop Rotary Club, past chairman and current member of the Pathway to Recovery Board of Directors, and recipient of the Ronald J. Russo Community Leadership Award for his commitment to drug and alcohol prevention and treatment programs in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Syracuse University School of Management and is a graduate of the ISRI Executive Management for the Scrap Recycling Industry Program at the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
Jason Brenner is the current vice president at Brenner Recycling where he is primarily responsible for purchasing and selling ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal, paper, electronics, and other recyclables. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran, where he served more than eight years as an active duty officer at several bases across the country from 2006 to 2014. His duties in the Air Force included engineering and project management positions in the B-52 Program Office, F100 Jet Engine Program Office, and the Air Combat Command Requirements Directorate. Since joining Brenner Recycling, Jason has become an active board member and Paul Harris Fellow of the Hazleton Rotary Club and a past director on the Hazleton POWER! board. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Burt Rentmeister has been the operations manager at Brenner Recycling since 2012 where he is responsible for managing the day-to-day intake, preparation, and outbound transportation of scrap products. He has more than forty years of experience in the scrap recycling industry at several companies across the U.S. including Sadoff Iron and Metal, Secondary Metals, Omnisource Corporation, Mervis Industries, and Genessee Scrap. He is a graduate of the Business Management Program at Moraine Park Technical College at Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
